利用規約（適格請求書 一括PDF）

サービスの内容
kpab（屋号 weshipd。以下「運営者」）が提供する Google スプレッドシートのアドオン「適格請求書 一括PDF」（以下「本アドオン」）は、スプレッドシートの明細から適格請求書の PDF を作り、Google ドライブに保存します。
利用者の責任
- 入力した明細・登録番号・税率と、作った請求書の内容は、利用者の責任で確認してください。PDF の記載が税務上の要件を満たすかどうかを、運営者は保証しません。
- 発行した請求書と PDF は、利用者の Google アカウントにあります。必要な保存・バックアップは利用者が行ってください。
無料の範囲と有料
無料は 1 か月に 5 枚までです。有料はライセンスキー 1 本（年 6,000 円）で、枚数の上限がなくなります。価格・支払い・解約は特定商取引法に基づく表示のとおりです。
ライセンスキー
- キーは購入した 1 つの契約に対するものです。第三者への共有・再配布はしないでください。
- キーには期限があります。期限を過ぎると無料の範囲に戻ります。続けるときは新しいキーを購入してください。
- キーの共有や不正な生成が分かった場合、運営者は鍵を替えることがあります。その場合、既存の契約者には新しいキーをお届けします。
保証と責任
本アドオンは現状のまま提供します。法令で許される範囲で、間接的・派生的な損害（税務上の不利益、取引の損失、データの損失を含む）について運営者は責任を負いません。

この規約は改定することがあります。最新版は上の日付で分かります。

The service
“Japan Qualified Invoice PDF Batch” (the “Add-on”), published by kpab (weshipd), creates qualified invoice PDFs from the line items in your spreadsheet and saves them to your Google Drive.
Your responsibility
- Check the line items, registration number, tax rates and the invoices you create. We do not guarantee that a PDF meets tax requirements.
- The invoices and PDFs are in your Google account. Keep any backups you need.
Free and paid
Free: up to 5 invoices per month. Paid: one license key (JPY 6,000 per year) removes the monthly limit. See the legal notice for price, payment and cancellation.
License keys
- A key belongs to one purchased license. Do not share or redistribute it.
- A key has an expiry date. After it, the Add-on returns to the free plan. Buy a new key to continue.
- If sharing or forging of keys is found, we may change the signing key and deliver new keys to existing customers.
No warranty
The Add-on is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including tax consequences, lost business or lost data.
