適格請求書一括PDF

Google スプレッドシートに請求の明細を 1 行 1 品目で書き、ボタンを押すと、請求書番号ごとに適格請求書（インボイス）の PDF を作って Google ドライブに保存するアドオンです。

できること

「シートを用意する」で「設定」「明細」「発行記録」の 3 枚のシートを追加します（同名のシートは書き換えません）。
「設定」に発行者名・登録番号（T と 13 桁）・振込先・税抜／税込・端数処理を入れます。
「明細」に請求書番号・請求日・取引日・宛先・品目・数量・単価・税率（10・8・対象外）を書きます。同じ請求書番号の行は 1 枚の請求書にまとまります。
未発行の請求書を 1 回に最大 10 枚まで PDF にし、アドオンが作ったフォルダに保存します。
「発行記録」に請求書番号・宛先・合計・ファイル名・PDF のリンク・発行日時が残ります。発行済みの番号は作り直しません。

権限

求める権限は Google ドライブの「drive.file」だけです。あなたが許可したスプレッドシートと、このアドオンが作ったファイル（PDF と保存用のフォルダ）以外は読みません。Drive 全体へのアクセスは求めません。

料金

無料は 1 か月に 5 枚まで。有料は年 6,000 円（ライセンスキー 1 本、枚数の上限なし）です。詳しくは特定商取引法に基づく表示をご覧ください。

PDF の様式は 1 種類です。画面と請求書は日本語です。作った PDF の記載内容が税務上の要件を満たしているかは、ご自身または専門家にご確認ください。

Japan Qualified Invoice PDF Batch (適格請求書一括PDF)

A Google Sheets add-on. Write your billing line items in a spreadsheet, one item per row, and press one button: it creates a qualified invoice PDF (適格請求書, Japan’s invoice system) for each invoice number and saves it to your Google Drive.

What it does

“Set up sheets” adds three sheets: Settings, Items and Issued log (existing sheets with the same names are left untouched).
Rows with the same invoice number become one invoice. The PDF shows the registration number and consumption tax per rate.
Up to 10 PDFs per run, saved in a folder the add-on creates. The Issued log keeps the invoice number, customer, total, file name, PDF link and time.

Permissions

The add-on asks for the Google Drive scope drive.file only. It accesses the spreadsheet you allow and the files it creates (the PDFs and their folder). It does not ask for access to your whole Drive.

Pricing

Free: up to 5 invoices per month. Paid: JPY 6,000 per year (one license key), no monthly limit.
