プライバシーポリシー（適格請求書 一括PDF）

kpab（屋号 weshipd）が提供する Google Workspace アドオン「適格請求書 一括PDF」（以下「本アドオン」）が扱う情報についての方針です。
求める権限と使い道
本アドオンが求める Google の権限は https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file だけです。
- あなたがアドオンを使うと許可したスプレッドシートを、Sheets API で読み書きします（明細の読み取りと、発行記録の書き込み）。
- 本アドオンが作るフォルダに、Drive API で請求書の PDF を保存します。
Drive 内のそのほかのファイルを一覧・読み取り・変更することはありません。
Google API サービスのユーザーデータポリシー
本アドオンによる Google API から受け取った情報の利用と、ほかのアプリへの移転は、Limited Use の要件を含む Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに従います。
運営者が受け取る情報
ありません。明細・請求書・PDF・宛先・金額は、あなたの Google アカウントの中（スプレッドシートと Google ドライブ）にだけあります。運営者のサーバーはなく、これらを運営者や第三者へ送りません。広告や追跡のクッキーは使わず、データの販売もしません。
アドオンが利用者ごとに持つ情報
Google Apps Script の利用者ごとの保存領域（Google のサービス内）に、保存先フォルダの ID と、無料枠の数え（スプレッドシートごとの当月の発行数）を保存します。実行の記録には、診断のための権限の有無などだけが残り、明細・金額・宛先は含まれません。
ライセンスキー
有料のライセンスキーは「設定」シートに貼ります。キーの確認は、署名（HMAC）の照合として Google Apps Script の中で行い、運営者のサーバーへは送りません。
決済
ライセンスキーの購入の決済は Stripe が行います。カード番号は運営者に届きません。運営者は、キーをお届けするために、購入時のメールアドレスと契約の期間を扱います。
削除
作られた PDF とフォルダ、発行記録は、ご自身の Google ドライブとスプレッドシートから削除できます。アドオンの許可は Google アカウントの設定から取り消せます。
改定
このポリシーを変えるときは、このページに新しい日付で掲載します。

This policy explains how the Google Workspace add-on “Japan Qualified Invoice PDF Batch” (the “Add-on”), published by kpab (weshipd), handles data.
Permission and how it is used
The Add-on requests one Google scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file.
- It reads and writes the spreadsheet in which you explicitly open the Add-on and grant access, using the Sheets API, to read invoice line items and to write an issued-invoice log.
- It creates a folder and saves the generated invoice PDFs into it using the Drive API.
It never lists, reads or modifies any other file in your Drive.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The Add-on’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we receive
Nothing. Line items, invoices, PDFs, customer names and amounts stay in your Google account (your spreadsheet and Google Drive). The Add-on has no server of ours, and we do not send this data to ourselves or to any third party. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell data.
What the Add-on keeps per user
In Google Apps Script’s per-user storage (inside Google’s services) it keeps the ID of the folder where PDFs are saved and the free-plan count (invoices issued this month per spreadsheet). Execution logs contain only diagnostic flags such as whether a permission is present; they do not contain line items, amounts or customer names.
License keys
A paid license key is pasted into the Settings sheet. The key is checked by a signature (HMAC) inside Google Apps Script and is not sent to a server of ours.
Payment
Purchases of license keys are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your card number. To deliver the key we handle the email address used at purchase and the license period.
Deleting data
You can delete the PDFs, the folder and the issued log from your own Google Drive and spreadsheet. You can revoke the Add-on’s access in your Google Account settings.
